It is an absolute privilege to offer 1:1 Mindfulness and Wellbeing sessions to Kids, Teens, and Adults. The sessions are available online or at my office in Bexleyheath.

It’s really important to me that my sessions are very informal giving you an opportunity to comfortably, and thoroughly explore what works for you as an individual. Together we will develop your self awareness and emotional literacy, and create a toolbox full of effective coping mechanisms, and healthy habits.

My sessions use secular, and only use scientifically backed practices.
