Hello! I’m Kerry…

….I’m an Accredited Creative Mindfulness Practitioner, Wellbeing Coach, and Trainee Counsellor. I am passionate about promoting positive Mental Health and Wellbeing. I want to find ways of supporting your mental wellbeing YOUR WAY with accessible, and enjoyable practices focused on your own individual needs and interests. I encourage you to take the time to understand the science behind the practices so we can better grasp of the benefits of this brain training. Think of me as a Personal Trainer for YOUR MIND! The sessions and support I offer are secular, and supported by scientific research.

I spent years working in Theatre Production… and then the pandemic hit! During our first lockdown of 2020, I became very concerned about the mental health of my family and my community. I volunteered throughout lockdown and as a result, I became overwhelmed by a want to do more to support my community. So I began studying holistic approaches to mental health support, and was very drawn to the practice of Mindfulness. Now I have the absolute pleasure of delivering sessions to Schools, Charities, Festivals, Events and in the Workplace.
